Dear ShareVirus members

As some of you know, ShareVirus recently went through another forum hack. This has happened twice now, and both times the hack was done in the same way. GBit has worked hard to get the forum back to how it was for us, and has worked hard in making the site secure. Unfortunately due to 15000 members being deleted during the hack, we have had to do a roll-back on the forum to the 3 days previous to the attack, so posts will also be missing. Also, GBit has installed phpbb3 (candidate 4 RC4) which has given the site some extra added security. There is also many new features on the forum to look forward to. The theme however is not the same, but the previous blue ice theme we had, will return at some point in the future, but please be patient with this as it does involve a lot of work.

We know who is responsible for the hack, and we know who is responsible for the spreading of the ShareVirus database on the network. We have our own evidence but that is between the ShareVirus admins so please do not ask for us to supply you with the necessary evidence.

ShareVirus has always been a friendly community. We will not tolerate any trouble from FTI staff on this forum. If anyone comes to ShareVirus to purposely start trouble, they will be removed without warning.

Lastly we have pleasure in announcing that Minces has accepted our offer on becoming an Administrator on ShareVirus with immediate affect.

We look forward to seeing the community back together again, and look forward to seeing you having fun on ShareVirus again. The forum re-opens publicly at 8pm GMT tonight.
